RIVIER COLLEGE seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial leader for the position of Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA). Rivier is a Catholic institution offering professional preparation and a liberal arts education to almost 2,300 undergraduate and graduate students (www.rivier.edu).
The VPFA will oversee all aspects of the finance and business functions of the College including controller's office, financial aid, physical plant, human resources, conference services, and auxiliary services of food service and the bookstore.
Reporting to the President, the VPFA plays a key role in the implementation of the College's aspirational strategic plan, anticipated "university" status, and fulfillment of Rivier's core mission of "Transforming hearts and minds to serve the world." S/He will be responsible for the financial administration, planning, budgeting, and physical plant of the College.

Qualifications: commitment to the mission of Rivier College and the values of a Catholic higher education; a master's degree in a related field, and at least 5-8 years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in higher education.
