Indictments: Man Cashed in Stolen Lottery Tickets

Round two of Grand Jury indictments are in for December.

Jason Alicea of 4 1/2 Perham St., Nashua, was indicted by a grand jury for theft by unauthorized taking in connection with the September theft and cashing-in of more than $1,500 in lottery tickets, taken from local convenience stores and cashed at local supermarkets.

You can read more on Alicea's indictments in round two of December's indictments from Hillsborough County Superior Court, which is uploaded here.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt but rather a ruling that there is enough evidence to bring a case forward to trial.

The first round of indictments, published earlier this week, can be found here.
