Klaff Promoted to Branch Manager

Citizens Bank has named Laura Klaff as a branch manager of the Trafalgar Square Branch in Nashua. Klaff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, including providing quality customer service, business development and implementing promotional activities and programs.

Klaff joined Citizens Bank in 2002 and most recently held the position of assistant branch manager.  An active member of the community, Klaff is a regular volunteer at The Front Door, formally Nashua Pastoral Care Center.  She lives in Nashua, NH with her husband David and son Jesse.
