Road Rage: Man Intentionally Slammed Brakes, Police Say

Franmy Rosario was charged with reckless conduct.

A Nashua man was arrested Thursday, Nov. 29, for causing a dangerous situation on Daniel Webster Highway when he passed a car and then intentionally slammed on his brakes right in front of the car he'd passed, to cut them off, Merrimack Police say.

Franmy Rosario, 21, of 42 W. Hollis St., Nashua, was charged with reckless conduct for his alleged actions.

Merrimack Police were called to the Citgo Station, 392 Daniel Webster Highway, around 8:30 p.m. for a reported domestic situation.

After a brief investigation, they arrested Rosario who was held at Valley Street Jail, on $1,500 cash bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 30 in Merrimack District Court.
