Charged for Allegedly 'Peeling Out' of a Driveway
Christopher Meekins allegedly caused upwards of $1,500 in damage.
On Nov. 16 at approximately 1:20 pm, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Division arrested Christopher Meekins, 27, of 125 Palm St., Nashua, on an outstanding warrant for criminal mischief, a class B felony.
On July 17, 2011 the Nashua Police Department received a report of damage caused to a residential driveway on Hills Ferry Road by Meekins he allegedly did a "brake stand," peeling out of the driveway and leaving marks. The cost to repair the damaged cobblestone driveway was in excess of $1,500.
A warrant for his arrest was issued following an investigation by police.
A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Meekins was released on $1,500 cash or surety bail pending his court appearance to answer the charges.
