Name of the bar/restaurant? Just want to know the who, what, when, where and possibly, the believed why. You know, the BASICS of journalism. Without these things, this is a non-story.

Amy, you can take that up with Nashua PD. Their policy is to not provide the name of businesses where incidents such as this take place, when it is unrelated to the alleged crime. As for the rest? Who: Kyle Bouley: What: Allegedly punched a stranger and broke his jaw: When: Dec. 26: Where: at a bar in Nashua: Why? You will have to ask Kyle that. Is he guilty as charged? That has yet to be determined. Story value: A man was reported an assault to police and police made an arrest. It's somewhat routine in the scheme of things that happen in cities like Nashua, but you may attend the public arraignment if you would like to get more details.

Good response, Carol.
Amy, you can also wait until the indictments are handed down from the court (if he does end up being indicted). They tend to include more specific information on the incident than the original police report.

Kyle: I'm certainly no lawyer, but I'm going to give you the same general advice that has been given to me on many occasions when it comes to any issue of civil or criminal law: Make generous use of your right to remain silent. Do not talk to anyone about what happened except through a lawyer.
You may feel like you want to get your side of the story out there, but you'd be doing yourself no favors by talking about what happened, to the police or anyone. You're facing a very serious charge, and even one incriminating word could cause you great harm. Anything you say to anyone, anywhere, may come back to haunt you in court.

I have never known Kyl to treat anyone in any way other than the way they treat others.
Some people might refer to this as 'accountability'.
There's always two (or more) sides to every story.
It's sad that things get pushed so far.
