The Curious Creatures professionals teach respect and appreciation for exotic and unusual animals. The presentation is hands-on and interactive and includes interesting facts and stories about our creatures in an educational and entertaining environment. Ten to twelve animals are coming to the Used Book Superstore Saturday April 21.  Bring the kids!  The free show might include any or all of these:

AMERICAN ALLIGATOR- from Florida – see how many eyelids they have!

DUMPY TREE FROGS – from Australia – see how good they can stick to the wall!

BLACK EMPEROR SCORPION – from Southeast Asia – what large claws!

ROSE HAIR TARANTULA – from Chili – find out why they need their poison!

CHINCHILLA – from the highlands of Peru – find out about their special fur!

BEARDED DRAGON – they look so thorny, but they are so gentle!!
