Nashua’s newest fitness studio members can win big

Orangtheory Fitness is now open for people to preregister for memberships. To celebrate this, and the anticipated October 1 opening of Orangetheory Fitness in Nashua, studio owner Dwayne Duprey is hosting the Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge, with prizes totaling $2,500. The male and female participants who lose the largest percentage of weight over six weeks based on the first weigh-in win $1,250 each.

Orangetheory Fitness, located at 345 Amherst Street in the Green Fall Marketplace, will offer 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength workouts. A major benefit is the group personal training method: participants are coached every step of the way because everyone wears heart-rate-monitors during the classes to make sure they reach and stay in their targeted heart rate zone. The workouts use treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights.

Ultimate Weight Loss challengers must attend a minimum of three 60-minute Orangetheory Fitness sessions per week. Think you can’t compete and claim the cash? Don’t be intimidated!

“Orangetheory Fitness is for everybody,” said Duprey. “No matter your fitness level, our classes can be adapted to fit your needs and abilities. You’ll see results well before the six weeks are up.”

About Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory Fitness emphasizes the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. The concept of heart-rate-monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Led by skilled instructors, participants use a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT Suspension Training and free weights, burning an average of 900 calories per class. The result is the Orange Effect –more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout. Find us on Facebook!
