VIDEO: Ron Paul Calls Belated NH Return 'Strategy'

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul returned to New Hampshire for the first time since the Iowa caucuses and confronted questions of why he had not returned to the first-in-the-nation state earlier, like other Republican presidential hopefuls.

"I don't know that we took a couple of days off as much as we just stuck to our plan, Paul told reporters.

He also addressed a controversial web video that one of his supporters made that features Jon Huntsman's adoptive daughters. Paul said the ad was "way out of order."
