Is Charlie Bass Getting Ready to Run?

He met with GOP senators in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday.

Signs are starting to indicate that former Republican Congressman Charlie Bass may run for U.S. Senate.

According to the Union Leader, Bass was in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, meeting with GOP senators like Mitch McConnell and Jerry Moran. Bass said he still hasn't decided whether he'll run but he expects to make up his mind in the next few weeks.

So far, former State Sen. Jim Rubens and conservative activist Karen Testerman are the only Republicans running for the seat now held by U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH).
