Why Are You Running?

I am in line with Alderman Jim Donchess, believing that we need to get back to the basics. Public safety and excellent schools are what attract citizens and businesses to locate and stay in Nashua. High crime rates and poor underachieving schools will drive citizens and businesses out of Nashua, adversely affecting our tax base. I am not a fan of personality politics. I am politically an independent conservative and will vote independently o the merits of each and every issue and not based on any political teams. I will bring my real world experience of past employment of having worked in three of the major departments within out city (police, fire, school). i am a lifelong resident with an unwavering commitment to integrity and transparency within government.

Why should voters choose you over your opponent (what uniquely qualifies you to represent the public?)

I believe that to be an effective Ward Alderman you need to be able to at lease vote "present." Unfortunately, this has not been the case with our current Alderman. During the last two terms, Alderman Tabacsko has recorded the most absentees for BOA meetings than all the other 14 aldermen. This has been a consistent pattern during his tenure. In my mind this is "unacceptable."

Feel free to include a summary statement or platform below if there are any other particular points you would like to relay to voters:

Think your vote doesn't count in Nashua Ward 5? The last two election cycles, the difference between candidates was less than six votes.
