Lighting of the Annual Christmas Tree on Main Street

Countdown to Christmas at the 20th Annual Holiday Stroll.

For the 20th season, Nashuans made their way to Main Street for the annual Winter Holiday Stroll to see the city's 30-foot Christmas tree illuminated with the flip of a switch.

This year's stroll was punctuated by the Nashua Spartans Drum & Bugle Corps, which ushered in the historic  procession that included Mayor Donnalee Lozeau, Miss New Hampshire Samantha Russo, and Santa Claus.

The mayor's granddaughters, Peyton and Teagan flipped the official power switch to light up the tree by special request of tree donors, the Elliot family, who wanted the tree to be lit this year by children.
