As of about 8:45PM Friday night the P.D. notified all units that all responses would be at regular speed due to slippery conditions on the city's streets.
This is a situation where lives could be at stake for want of an emergency level (sirens and lights) response by the police department, and should there be a life lost or irreparably damaged, that will be on the DPW's failure to accomplish its streets safety mission. AGAIN!
