Let's set the story straight!

It is time for the GOP to stop their dishonest smear of the Obama healthcare initiative. For each "heartbreaking" story of people who cannot afford the new plans there are most likely hundreds or thousands of success stories.

In my case I had healthcare through my wife's job. Every year the price was hiked up by 10-20%. By switching to the new Federal medical plans my wife and I saved over $3179.54 a year on the premiums alone. We kept our doctors and our prescription costs fell. We have calculated what the total cost of healthcare will probably be for the upcoming year. Including deductibles we will end up saving over $4500 a year.

So GOP… stop scaring people from embracing what is going to be proven as an unqualified governmental success story.  Now that over 6 million people have the new health insurance, the worst thing you could do would be to cancel out everyone’s policies. Your continual attempt to repeal the law would be a disaster for millions of working Americans. So stop telling me about all the one-sided myopic horror stories. Obamacare works!
