SCAPEGOAT !!!!!

Barry seems to have found a scapegoat for HIS FAILURE at launching ObamaCare as Kathleen Sebelius has resigned.  When will our LIAR IN CHIEF have the MORAL FIBER to take the blame for any of his Administrations FAILURES??  I am surprised he hasn't blamed this on George Bush yet.
