Theodore Takacs accident 8/22/2013 r.i.p 11/26/2013

It is nearly  six months since the accident of my husband on August 22,2013, and there has been no justice for him, I do know even know if the men have been charged . Their bail was ridiculously low one is even out, yet I am the victim left to pick up the pieces of my life and my families. Clearly everyone has a time and place to die , but it should not be at the hands of others. Ted was going for a ride on his beloved bike , to work his PT job at RJ's motorsports , and was hit by a driver who had no license and did not even know how to drive and then left him on the side of the rode to die, while he continued on to rob a store. for this his bail was about 1000.00. True he is in jail now but that is because he did other robberies and thefts. Ted has been forgotten in the world of injustice and I am angry that my family has no justice for him. We are left with a mess to clean up and a shaky future because of what this cost me personally and emotionally.  We have been blessed with those who came to our aid , but it is not over for us, he needs to rest in peace. he has been autopsied which was a fight to get after he was in the morgue for a month and we have not  heard a thing back. Please do not forget him , if you had ever spoken to him or met him you would surely know he had a passion for life, a story and heart that was large and generous. Ted was someone not to forget, a simple man who gave so much back. Please help me get justice for him . Speak up
