4 Charged in Robbery of Guest at Crowne Plaza

Nashua Police say the victim was supposed to meet a woman at his room, when she and three others rushed into the room and allegedly committed the robbery.

The Nashua Police Department said four people have been arrested and charged with robbery in connection with a guest staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in April.

Police said the four were arrested between May 16 and June 18 on Class A felony charges. They were identified as:

  • Kathleen Gentes, 24, of 97 Purchase St., Manchester,
  • Chaz Hartford, 24, of 99 Chestnut Hill Road, Rochester,
  • Travis Dukette, 20, of 490 Pine St., #1, Manchester, 
  • Malisha Watts, 21, of 217 Spruce St., Manchester.
The charges stemmed from a robbery robert April 10 at around 12:46 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 2 Somerset Parkway. Police said the man reported that he was supposed to meet a woman at his hotel room, and she arrived with three others who rushed into the hotel room.

The victim told police he was thrown to the floor by one of the men, who was wearing brass knuckles. Police said the four then stole some of the man's belongings and left.

Gentes, Hartford and Dukette were previously arraigned, while Watts was being held on  $30,000 cash or surety bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua, police said.
