Double Homicide Ruled in Manchester Home Explosion

The state identified the deceased as Robert and Constance Dion.

The deaths of a husband and wife in a home explosion and fire in Manchester on March 24 is now officially ruled a homicide, according to the state Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Jennie Duval.

The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and Manchester Police Department announced the finding March 27 and identified the couple as Robert and Constance Dion, 71 and 67, respectively.

Authorities said yesterday they are seeking Matthew Dion, 38, as a "person of interest" in connection with the fire at 210 Mooresville Road in Manchester.
