UPDATED: Fugitive in ID Theft Case Caught in Bow

Federal court issued an arrest warrant for Patrick Lord for violations of conditions of supervised release

U.S. Marshals have caught Patrick Lord, 45, a fugitive from justice, at a hotel in Bow, according to a press release from Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White, District of New Hampshire.

Lord was on a supervised release as part of his sentencing.

According to White, the task force received a tip that Lord might be in the Concord area, staying at a local hotel.

"Members of the fugitive task force canvassed the local hotels in the Concord/Bow area and discovered that Lord was staying at a hotel in Bow," he noted. "As members of the fugitive task force were preparing to enter the room, Lord exited the room to go outside to 'check the weather,' at which time Lord was arrested without incident."
