Responding officers arrived to find that the involved vehicle, a green Toyota, had  left the scene after striking a woman.

After a subsequent investigation, officers determined that the woman had been involved in an argument with her husband in the parking lot prior to the incident. Witnesses reported that her husband struck his wife with the front end of the vehicle before driving off.

"It appears there may have been alcohol involved," said Hollis Police Lt. Richard Mello.
