Jury Pool Tainted by Publicity, Says Gribble Attorney

Attorney for convicted murderer Christopher Gribble appealed to the Supreme Court Thursday.

A convicted killer in a high-profile murder did not get a fair trial due to too much publicity, his attorney argued Thursday before the state Supreme Court, WMUR reports.

Christopher Gribble, convicted last year in the 2010 "thrill kill" of wife and mother, Kimberly Cates of Mont Vernon, a Nashua nurse, pleaded sanity. He was convicted of first-degree murder. On Thursday Gribble's attorney argued that extensive pretrial publicity of the case tainted the jury pool, and Gribble's request for a change in trial venue should have been granted.

Currently Gribble is serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole.

Burn in hell Gribble. I know the family of the woman you murdered. You can sit in that cell for the next 60 plus years... The world is better off with you in a cage.

Burn in hell is not even good enough for this loser..... They should put the needle in his arm and deliver to him what he so deserves death! what he did to such an innocent family does not allow him any rights .
