Karl Siniawski, (aka Karl Mello), 32, of 91 Palm Street, Nashua, was arrested Aug. 8, charged with Second Degree Assault, Class B and Possession of a Controlled Drug, class A Misdemeanor.
On May 31, 2013 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Nashua Police received the report of an assault that occurred at 273 Main Street in Nashua. Officers made contact with the adult victim at a local hospital who suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Detectives within the Criminal Investigation Division furthered this investigation and were able to identify Siniawski as the suspect. An arrest warrant was completed and Siniawski was later located and arrested.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail, exclusive of fines.
Siniawski was released on $6,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment at 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division on August 21, 2013.
