Man Charged in October Burglary, Assault

Nathaniel Ferbert was arrested on a warrant over the weekend.

Nathaniel Ferbert, 24, of 12 Hobbs Ave., Nashua, was arrested Nov. 24, charged with burglary, a class A felony.

According to police, on Oct. 26, 2012 at approximately 10:18 p.m., officers responded to a downtown residence for the report of a burglary. A woman
reported a subject known to her as "Nate" kicked her door in and then punched her and knocked her to the floor.

The woman sustained minor injuries.

The incident was investigated by detectives with the police burglary unit
and Nathaniel Ferbert was developed as a suspect. A warrant was issued for his arrest following the alleged incident, and Ferbert was arrested Nov. 24 during a traffic stop.

A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Ferbert was held on $15,000 cash or surety bail pending an
arraignment.
