Merrimack Man Tasered by Police After Resisting Arrest

Jason Trythall had previously been convicted of stalking.

A Merrimack man was arrested Monday on charges of stalking and resisting arrest.

Jason Trythall, 31 of 10 King St., was charged with domestic violence: stalking, a Class B felony.

He was arrested after the Nashua Police Department received a report of a violation of a protective order. The investigation was furthered by the Uniform Field Operations Bureau and the Special Investigations Division. The investigation revealed that Trythall had communicated with a female who was known to him in violation of an active protection order. Additionally, it was learned that Trythall had been previously convicted of stalking. 

Trythall was located and arrested by the Merrimack Police Department. While attempting to take Trythall into custody, he resisted and Merrimack Police had to Taser him. He immediately succumbed and was taken into custody. Merrimack Police charged him with one count of resisting arrest.

He is being held at the Nashua Police Department without bail, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court Nashua District Division on Tuesday.
