7 Arrested in Drug Bust Involving Heroin, Oxycodone

The arrests were the result of investigations by the Nashua Police Department's Narcotics Intelligence Division.

The Nashua Police Department arrested five people for allegedly selling heroin, cocaine and Oxycodone  Hydrochloride, and charged two others with possession of illegal drugs on June 18.

The arrest warrants were the result of continuing investigations by the department's Narcotics Intelligence Division into drug trafficking in the city.

Police identified those arrested as:

  • Lindsay Karos, 22, of 6 Underhill St., Nashua, charged with two counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – heroin – and a charge of unlawful possession of Oxycodone Hydrochloride. Karos was being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20.
  • Samantha Marchant, 20, of 6 Underhill St., Nashua, charged with one count of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – Oxycodone Hydrochloride. She was being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20.
  • Richard Marchant, 24, of 6 Underhill St., Nashua, charged with one count of unlawful possession of narcotic drug – cocaine. He was being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20. Police said Karos and Marchant were selling the Oxycodone from their address. Officers executing a search warrant of the residence found a quantity of cocaine, which police said was in the possession of Richard Marchant.
  • Rosany Reyes, 24, of 352 Cedar St., Apt. 2, Manchester, arrested for possession of controlled drug, marijuana. Reyes was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned July 22 on the charge.
  • Stephen Oliva, 42, of 13 Salem St., Nashua, charged with two counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – heroin, Second Offense – and one count of criminal liability for the conduct of another. All three charges were felony level offenses. Oliva was being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20.
  • Jessica Hughes, 27, of no fixed address, Nashua, charged with two counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – heroin, Second Offense – and one count of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – cocaine, Second Offense. All three charges were felony level offenses. Hughes was being held on $100,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20.
  • Sara Arguedas, 29, of 11 Salem St., Apt. A, Nashua, charged with one count of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – Heroin. Arguedas was being held on $25,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 20.
Police said the investigations were launched after information provided by concerned citizens. The Nashua Police Department encourages residents to call the Narcotics Hotline at 594-3597 or use the Nashua Police Department’s website NashuaPD.com with any information concerning illegal drug activity.
