Two Arrested for Alleged Sale of Ecstasy

Mark Kondry of Nashua and Nicholas Boccia of Londonderry both face drug sale charges.

Two men were arrested June 19 by New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit following a three-month drug investigation involving the crime of sale and unlawful importation of the narcotic drug MDMA (Ecstasy).

Arrested were Mark Kondry, 19, of 9 Casco Dr., Apt. G, Nashua; and Nicholas Boccia, 22, 41 Rolling Ridge Road, Londonderry.

As a result of these arrests and search warrants, approximately 2.5 pounds of MDMA (Ecstasy), packaging materials used for distribution of drugs, multiple scales, and several thousand dollars in precious metals purchased with illicit drug proceeds were seized.

Boccia was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute a narcotic drug MDMA (Ecstasy).  Boccia was held on $5,000 cash bail and was arraigned on June 20 in Derry District Court.     

Kondry was charged with one count of sale of a narcotic drug MDMA (Ecstasy) with additional charges pending. KONDRY was released on $4,000 cash bail and his arraignment date in the Nashua District Division is pending.

Also assisting with this investigation were the US Postal Inspection Service, US Homeland Security Investigations, US Drug Enforcement Administration, Nashua NH Police Department, and Londonderry, NH Police Department.
