Unique Gould Faces 7 Indictments in Death of Son

We've uploaded the latest grand jury indictments handed down by Hillsborough County Superior Court, all 70 pages, for those individuals currently incarcerated.

Among July's indictments, are seven counts against Unique Gould, who was arrested April 26, charged with manslaughter, assault and negligence for allegedly causing the injuries that resulted in the death of her 2-year-old son. 

  • Manslaughter: For recklessly causing the death of DGP by striking him in the head with her hand and causing brain injuries.
  • First-degree assault for striking DGP in the head and causing brain injury
  • Second-degree Assault for striking DGP on the right side of the buttock and causing bruising
  • Second-degree assault for striking DGP on the right side of his face and causing bruising
  • Second-degree assault for striking DGP on the left side of his buttock and causing brusing
  • Endangering the welfare of a child for failing to seek medical attention for an extended period of time
  • Endangering the welfare of a child for putting DGP in a corner with his hands behind his back and legs spread for an extended period of time. I

oh they lowered her bail low enough for her to b able to get bailed out n she posted this morning n is hiding out in milford nh but yet people who are jailed for way less are still stuck in there and cant have their bails lowered....awesome court system we have

If you think Superior Court in NH is bad, stay away from Family Court. The Judges make up their own rules and the NH Supreme Court sides with them, along with the AG's Office.

she's engaged to be married September 27th,2013 to Michael McCarthy its all over Facebook and he private messaged me this info.. i still have the messages and proof.. she's getting married 3 days after her trail starts and she's supposedly suppose to be grieving but making a mockery out of her sons death with the celebration of a marriage... not right i am disgusted!!!

shes a flippin idiot n so is he....shes going back to jail just wait n see....when does the trial start. all because of her dumb ass actions i can no longer talk to my father cuz hes dating this bitches mother n its a breech cuz im friends with someone who live din the house when it happened.....fuck her,....i see her n shell regret it
