NH Dems Have Hillary's Back

One thing Hillary Clinton has when the going gets tough, it seems, is a New Hampshire advantage.

Hours after a The Hillary Project, an anti-Clinton Super PAC, began promoting a virtual "Slap Hillary Clinton" online game across social media sites,
Democrat Kathy Sullivan, who co-chaired Clinton's 2008 NH Presidential campaign, is circulating a petition on NHDP.org to force the Super PAC behind the game out of NH.

The full text of Sullivan's appeal is below:

"This week a New Hampshire-based Super PAC launched a website encouraging visitors to play a game slapping the former First Lady and Secretary of State of the United States, Hillary Clinton, across the face.

For many years, New Hampshire Democratic women have broken glass ceiling after glass ceiling and now a Republican Super PAC is trying to stop them.

In 2008, Hillary Clinton was the first woman to win the New Hampshire primary. Jeanne Shaheen is the only woman in the country to be elected Governor and US Senator. Maggie Hassan is the only female, Democratic governor in the country. In 2009 and 2010, the New Hampshire State Senate was the first legislative body with a female majority. And we currently have the first and only all-female Congressional delegation in the country.

While we have made great strides in our state, Super PACs like this join the embarrassing list of New Hampshire Republicans working to turn back the progress we've made. This year alone, we've seen Republican legislators diminish victims of domestic violence, call women "vaginas", and litter the legislative list-serve with racy photos of women.

Enough is enough.

Act now and sign our petition telling Kelly Ayotte, Jeb Bradley, and Frank Guinta to tell this Super PAC it has no place in New Hampshire."
