Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for Seniors is a 30 minute class that moves the whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility and range of movement, improve balance and core strength, and help promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Classes are provided free of charge to St. Christopher’s seniors.
