Winter Weather Advisory for Nashua

Winter in New Hampshire resumes.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory, effective until 7 p.m.

Expect 3-5 inches of snow, heaviest between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The usual travel advisories are in effect: Translation - stay off the roads if you can until the snowfall subsides, and if you must go out, drive below the posted speed limits and allow plenty of time -- and space -- between you and other motorists.

Right now lots of accident reports coming in from all around southern New Hampshire.

Temperatures will hover around freezing until Monday when we will begin to see single digits and even sub-zero temperatures, according to forecasts.
