A New Hampshire native, grew up in Manchester, went to Central High School, then on to the University of NH where I received a Mechanical Engineering degree.  After college ran for Team New Balance out of Boston.  Worked for my dad at Kalwall Corporation in Manchester throughout high school, college, then a few years after college until I went into the full time healing ministry of Christian Science about 40 years ago.  Award winning playwright Horton Foote was my Sunday School teacher growing up and he had a huge impact on my life, helping me to grow up safely, encouraging me with my running, and teaching me the basics of Christianity.  My wife, also a NH native and UNH Chemical Engineering graduate, is a Christian Science nurse. In 2012, after a number of years as NH licensed foster parents, we bought and renovated the former Rolfe and Rumford girls home in Concord. It's now "Tallwood House" and a home for elder Christian Scientists.  We grow veggies, get eggs from our free range chickens, collect solar energy for electricity, and provide religious care for church members in need of assistance.  In addition to being a Christian Science practitioner where I help folks through prayer, I teach a class where students learn about spiritual healing as taught by former Concord resident Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer and founder of Christian Science.
