Former U.S. Rep. Allen West (R-FL) will attend a Nashua Republican City Committee fundraiser next month in Nashua, according to a source with knowledge of the event.
West will headline the Nashua Republican City Committee's Steak Out fundraiser on Aug. 16 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Nashua, according to the source. He will also host separate receptions to benefit the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and the Allen West Guardian PAC before the Nashua event.
Tickets should be available beginning July 2, according to the NHGOP site.
West revealed last month that he is considering a run for president in 2016. His visit follows New Hampshire stops by Rand Paul and Bobby Jindal earlier this year. U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has also been invited to speak at Cornerstone Action's dinner this fall.
