Fred Fuller Explains 'Bump in Road,' Thanks Loyal Customers

An open letter from Fred Fuller.

Fred Fuller has released an open letter to his customers, explaining in brief the situation that led to a state-initiated hotline and thanking customers for their patience.

He also acknowledges that some customers have moved on following the "utter chaos" that left some running low – or completely out – of oil, and asks that they not let a "bump in the road spoil all the years of good service and fair pricing."
