On Dec. 8 Greeley Park will be transformed into Santa's outpost where children from all around the city will gather for an audience with Santa himself, during the 5th Annual Santa in the Park.
This is a magical event orchestrated by a group of North End neighbors in cooperation with the city Parks & Recreation Department, who rally all kinds of support from the local business community to make sure every child who attends gets a free photo op with Santa, and a special gift, along with snacks and a bit of Christmas wonder.
The annual event happens at the gazebo at Greeley Park from noon to 2 p.m., and it's free.
