Shrimp and Crab Bisque
– a rich, creamy soup with a slight bite to it with crab (not
imitation) and shrimp added. What more can I say? It vanishes
whenever I make it.
Asparagus - Chilled,
cooked, fresh asparagus with a tangy orange and herb dressing.
Garnished with shrimp
Swedish Meat Balls -
Yet another favorite. Tiny meatballs cooked in a rich, creamy gravy
and served hot. These are nothing like commercial meatballs, are one
of my husband's favorite comfort foods and what men like for parties.
Lobster in Gorgonzola
Dulce cream sauce with herbs over pasta. -Evil, delicious,
indulgent. Unbelievable taste, but very quick to make, fabulous for
any party, but very affordable for you to make at home for a party,
when you serve it with appetizer, salad, dessert.
Quick Tiramisu with
freshly made ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and Kahlua liqueur.
