Mum's the Word as Yale Grad Hits the Road

Greg Hindy of Nashua hit the road Tuesday for a year-long trek across the country. He's packed necessities and a field camera, taken a vow of silence, and is ready for a journey of self-discovery. It is his birthday present to himself.

More than just a whim, Hindy, a recent Yale graduate and alumnus of Nashua High School North, is approaching this as a performance art project. He will chronicle his journey through photographs to be published at the end of his trip, which culminates July 9, 2014, on his 23rd birthday.
