Nashua Convenience Store Robbed

The suspect remains on the loose.

Nashua Police are looking for a man who robbed the Lake Street Convenience Store on Friday.

Around 5 p.m. Friday, Nashua Police responded to the Lake Street Convenience Store at 49 Lake St. for the report of a robbery. Upon arrival it was learned that the store clerk had just been robbed.

A male subject reportedly approached the counter and demanded the money from the register. The man did not brandish a weapon but claimed to have one in his possession. After obtaining the money, the subject left the area on foot on Ash Street.

The man has a dark-colored goatee or beard, and is of average height and build. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white socks and open-toed sandals.

The Nashua Police Department is asking anyone who may have information regarding the robbery or any information regarding the identity of the subject shown in the surveillance pictures above to call 603-594-3500.
