• Jillian L. Marcotte, 28, of 22 Lake St., Apt. 2, Nashua, charged with receiving stolen property May 29.
• Emelia J. Lugo, 30, of 6.5 Manatee Ave., Nashua, charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving under the influence May 29.
• John M. Garcia, 43, of 5 Dartmouth St., Nashua, charged with two counts of simple assault May 29.
• JW Smith, 37, of 102 East Hollis St., Apt. 1R, Nashua, arrested on bench warrant for non-appearance in court, May 30.
• Gilberto Larregui-Robles, 33, with residence listed as Valley Street Jail in Manchester, charged with stalking/domestic violence May 30.
