Tattoo Shop Owner Accused of Racist Graffiti Shoots Self in Head

Ray Stevens, the owner of a Nashua tattoo shop recently charged in a Concord-based racist graffiti case, is hospitalized after shooting himself in the head.
According to an Associated Press report published Nov. 14 in the Nashua Telegraph, Stevens, owner of Tattoomb, located in Railroad Square, shot himself in the head on Nov. 7 – his 43rd birthday – and remains hospitalized in Massachusetts.
No other information about his condition or details of the shooting were immediately available.
On Nov. 12 Concord Patch reported that Stevens' attorney entered a plea of "not guilty" for Stevens, who had been scheduled for arraignment the week before.
